Working groups

The Working Groups are always assigned to a Committee.
The aim of the WG is to make proposals and recommendations to the Committees.

Each Working Group meets four time a year.

External Relations Working Group (ERWG):

The External Relations Working Group (ERWG) coordinates and makes proposals and recommendations to the Strategy Committee (SC) in the field of External Relations.

The Working Group on Learning (WGL):

The Working Group on Learning (WGL) is assigned to the Training and Research Committee (TRC). The aim of the group is to improve the educational environment and the didactic methods used within the CEPOL network. The group provides support and advises the TRC about effective learning, learning methods and quality assurance.

The Research & Science Working Group (RSWG):

The Research & Science Working Group (RSWG) is assigned to the Training and Research Committee (TRC) and deals with the relations between police experience and research findings in order to give contributions for better police training and policing.

The Common Curricula Coordination Working Group (CCCWG):

The Common Curricula Coordination Working Group (CCCWG) is assigned to the Training and Research Committee (TRC). The aim of the CCCWG is to facilitate the acceptance of the Common Curricula in the national police training systems. The CCCWG coordinates the development and implementation of the Common Curricula.
